The tram stop is super close! It gives direct access to the city center. It is a short tram journey away. The staff helped us find local shops and bars. They even gave travel tips for places we wanted to see!!!
The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The hotel is very close to the Luas stop. I could check in early on arrival. Staff members were friendly, and the accommodation was clean.
The room got quite hot. I had trouble opening the window very far, so ventilation was limited.

The hotel was close to the Luas stop, a positive.
The sheet was unwashed. It had crumbs and hair on it. This made me uncomfortable. The reception provided a timid apology only. The room became very hot.

the location is great because the luas stop is right behind the building. it is only a 20-minute walk into town. the gym had all the basic machines and was free to use.
the shower did not drain properly and the water was filling the shower space. with no fan or ventilation, the bathroom became hot and steamy very quickly..
